  6. Does the customer’s account status need to be active to get the cashback?

  • Yes, the bKash account’s incoming transactions must be active to enjoy the cashback. If the cashback distribution fails due to account status issues, the customer will no longer be eligible for this offer.

  7. Will the customer get the cashback just by making a successful payment?

  • Yes, the customer will receive the cashback if the payment is valid, bKash can verify the transaction, and the customer’s incoming account transactions are active. If any specific transaction or the customer’s transaction activity raises a reasonable suspicion of offer misuse, bKash reserves the right to cancel the cashback benefit.

  8. Is there any possibility of a delay in receiving the cashback? If so, what should the customer do?

  • As per the terms and conditions, the customer will receive cashback immediately after a successful payment. However, due to unforeseen reasons, there may be a delay in receiving cashback.   9. If a customer requests a refund from the merchant after receiving the cashback for a payment, will the cashback also be reversed?

  • Yes, if a payment is partially or fully refunded for any reason, the full cashback will be reversed in both cases.
