SiteChai Terms of Service (TOS)

1. User Agreement:
All users of SiteChai's services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in these SiteChai Terms of Service (TOS). This TOS is a legal contract between SiteChai and the user, outlining the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.
2. User Account Eligibility:
To use the services offered by SiteChai, you must be of legal age to form a binding contract and be in compliance with these TOS. Providing false personal details will result in suspension or permanent termination of the account. SiteChai may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer its services to any person or entity and may change its eligibility criteria at any time.
It is the responsibility of users to follow this TOS and use SiteChai services in compliance with any local laws that may apply to their business or use of SiteChai services.
3. Respectful Conduct Toward SiteChai Staff:
SiteChai prides itself on delivering excellent customer service. We treat our customers with respect and expect the same in return. If you engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or address them in a demeaning manner, your account may be suspended. In the case of service termination due to abusive conduct, your service will be terminated immediately.
4. Prohibited User Content / Usage Policy:
All services provided by SiteChai must be used for lawful purposes only. The transmission, storage, or presentation of any information that violates federal, state, or local laws is prohibited. This includes copyrighted material, obscene content, or material protected by trade secrets. Violations will lead to suspension of service. SiteChai reserves the right to determine what content is acceptable on its servers and may terminate services for any content it deems inappropriate.
Prohibited activities on which service will be terminated include, but are not limited to:
- Adult content (including pornography)
- Online gambling
- Spam or unsolicited emails
- Warez, cracks, or copyright infringement
- Misconduct toward SiteChai’s support team
- SMM Panel
- Hosting illegal content
- Hacking activities or attempts to compromise security
- Distributing false or misleading information (including fake news)
5. Support Availability:
- Live Chat and Phone Support are available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (BST UTC+06), Sunday–Thursday.
- Ticket Reply Hours 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (BST UTC+06), Sunday–Thursday.
- Server Administrators are available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (BST UTC+06), Sunday–Thursday.
- We provide full online support. Office support is unavailable.
- During non-operational hours, support tickets can be submitted.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties:
Web Hosting: If you purchase the JetBackup service, you may choose from weekly, daily, or monthly backup options. However, while SiteChai takes steps to ensure data safety with 99.99% reliability, users are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups. SiteChai is not liable for any data loss.
SiteChai services are provided “as is”. Users acknowledge that the Service is not error-free, may not operate uninterrupted, and agree to use the service at their own risk and discretion as the Service will be continually developed. SiteChai will from time to time carry out updates and maintenance due to technical, security, or operational reasons, during which the service may be unavailable. In addition, SiteChai does not warrant that the service or any equipment, system, or network on which the Service is used will be free of vulnerability to intrusion or attack.
6.1. Inodes (File) Limit:
All hosting plans have an inode limit; users must stay within these limits to avoid service interruptions. Redistributing content from SiteChai is prohibited unless the content is specifically intended for redistribution.
6.2. Traffic and Storage Limit:
If your hosting plan offers unlimited traffic or storage, it is intended for serving web content, not as an offsite storage solution. The following practices are prohibited:
- Websites with excessive unlinked files
- Sites hosting primarily downloadable files or archives
- Sites using more than 50% of their bandwidth for file transfers
Server Abuse: Any attempt to undermine or harm SiteChai’s servers or other customers is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or cancellation.
7. Commercial Advertisements and Spam:
Unsolicited commercial advertisements are prohibited and may result in account suspension or cancellation. “Spamming” through newsgroups or email is strictly forbidden.
8. Suspension for Hosting Limit Abuse:
The following actions will result in immediate suspension:
- Sending bulk emails from the website or webmail
- Excessive use of server resources
- Violation of any local or international law or ICT regulations
9. Payment Terms:
- If payment is unpaid the service will be suspended within 24 hours.
- After 7 days of non-payment, accounts will be terminated.
9.1. Gateway Charges:
All transactions are subject to applicable payment gateway charges, and customers are solely responsible for bearing these costs.
10. Primary Domain Policy:
Once a hosting package is activated, the primary domain assigned to that package cannot be changed. Please ensure the correct domain is provided during purchase. Any request to modify the primary domain after setup will not be accommodated.
11. Refund Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with our services, contact our support team to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we offer a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted from the account holder’s registered email address. Phone requests will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
